Review: Rottefella Freedom Telemark Binding

The Freedom is the binding Rottefella developed to address the touring limitations of the Freeride, the first ever NTN binding. It shares the core ingredients of a toe cage at the front to accept any NTN boot with a claw that connects at the second heel. Although not as powerful in the turn department, it allows far greater range of motion for touring, easy entry and egress, uncertified but generally reliable release, and ski brakes.
