As a cross country binding 22 Designs Lynx would be useable, but overkill. As a tool for mountaineers of the tele tribe, it rules. It features Dynaficient touring thanks to the 2-pin low-tech toe and the snappiest telemark power train ever invented thanks to its unique, composite flex plate. Whether you want that for control at speed or on the steeps, Lynx will not disappoint. And yet, at a little over a pound per foot (1 kg/18 oz.) it is light enough to consider using for rolling terrain (if only there were an appropriately lightweight tele boot . . .
